Our Service: Lotu.uk is a property auction discovery platform. We aggregate and display property auction listings from various UK auction houses to help buyers, investors, and homebuyers find auction properties in one place. We also help auction houses by giving visibility to their auctions and sending potential buyers their way. We are not an auction house ourselves and do not conduct auctions.

Service Coverage: Our platform covers property auctions across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including residential properties, commercial properties, and land.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• 2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
• 2.2 Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
• 2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others and should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• 2.4 One Account Per Person: Each person may only maintain one active account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.

3. Service Access and Subscription

• 3.1 Free Access: Basic browsing of auction listings is available to all visitors without registration. No sign-up is required to view auction properties.
• 3.2 Premium Features: Certain features require a paid subscription, including but not limited to: saving auction properties to your watchlist, saving custom searches, accessing detailed auction information, and receiving notifications.
• 3.3 Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial begins when you complete the subscription signup process. No payment is required during the trial period.
• 3.4 Subscription Billing: After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the trial expires.
• 3.5 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• 4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• 4.2 Access After Cancellation: After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period, after which your account will revert to free access only.
• 4.3 Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be applied.
• 4.4 Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact support@lotu.uk and we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or computer networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from our platform without written permission

• 6.2 Information Updates: Auction details, dates, and property information may change. We update our listings regularly but recommend verifying information directly with the relevant auction house before making any decisions.
• 6.3 Our Content: Our original content, including our website design, platform features, logos, branding, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remains our property.
• 6.4 Third-Party Content: Auction listings, property images, descriptions, and related content are sourced from third-party auction houses and remain the property of those respective auction houses. We do not claim ownership of this third-party content.
• 6.5 Usage Rights: You may use the information on our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must respect the intellectual property rights of auction houses regarding their listings and images. Commercial use or redistribution requires permission from the relevant content owners.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• 7.1 Service Availability: We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

• 7.3 Coverage Changes: We may add or remove auction house coverage at our discretion. We do not guarantee coverage of all auction houses or properties in the UK.
